Return or Replace an Item

30-Day Returns

You may request to return any item(s) in its original condition to Parts Dr for up to 30 days from the receipt of shipment. Items that have been installed, used, "tried", or missing the factory packing cannot be accepted for refund under any circumstances.

Damaged Items

We're sorry to hear if any items arrived damaged. In order to file a claim with the shipping carrier we must be notified within 10 days of you receiving the damaged order. Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements for damaged items after 10 days.

Defective Items

We only sell OEM replacement parts. Most parts are guaranteed against factory defects by the original manufacturer for one year from the purchase date. This excludes unnatural wear & tear, physical damage, and some parts such as filters and fuses.

Extended Warranties

If you purchased an Extend warranty for your part, please visit customers.extend.com to file a claim using the email address you provided at checkout. Any item replaced or credited under an Extend warranty is not eligible to be returned to Parts Dr for a refund.
