Shipping Policy

Orders placed on PartsDr.com are processed in 1 business day.  In stock items ordered before 4pm Eastern time normally ship out the same day.  If the item you ordered is not in stock you will be notified via email within 1 business day.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard: $6.99  - Standard flat rate ground shipping, most orders are received in 2-7 business days from when it is shipped.

2nd Day: $12.99 - Most 2nd day air orders are received in 2 business days from when the order is shipped.

Next Day: $24.99 - Most next day air orders are received in 1 business day from when the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Parts Dr does not currently ship internationally.

IN STOCK ITEMS

Most in stock items ordered before 4pm Eastern time will ship the same day.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.  Orders placed on national holidays will ship out on the following business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Unfortunately you do not have the option to chose your shipping carrier.

Tracking Orders

Once an order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number.  Please allow for up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the carriers website.

If you made an account when you made your order you may visit the My Account page and log in to view your orders and tracking numbers.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes due to our primary shippers UPS and Fedex policies on not shipping to PO boxes.

IN STORE PICKUP

Sorry we do not sell parts over the counter.  All orders must be placed on our website and shipped directly to you.
