Shipping Policy

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed on PartsDr.com are processed in 1 business day.  In stock items ordered before 4pm Eastern time normally ship out the same day.  If the item you ordered is not in stock you will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day.  Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS

All of our shipping options are flat rate.  This means the shipping rate for one (1) item or one hundred (100) items is the same if they are placed on the same order.

Standard: $6.99  - Standard flat rate ground shipping, most orders are received in 2-7 business days from when it is shipped.  Our standard ground shipping is FAST, the average delivery time is only 2 business days.  Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

2nd Day: $12.99 - Most 2nd day air orders are received in 2 business days from when the order is shipped.  Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

Next Day: $24.99 - Most next day air orders are received in 1 business day from when the order is shipped.  Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Parts Dr does not currently ship internationally.

IN STOCK ITEMS

Most in stock items ordered before 4pm Eastern time will ship the same day.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.  Orders placed on national holidays will ship out on the following business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Unfortunately you do not have the option to chose your shipping carrier.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once an order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number.  Please allow for up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the carriers website.

If you made an account when you made your order you may visit the My Account page and log in to view your orders and tracking numbers.

P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to PO boxes due to our primary shippers UPS and Fedex policies on not shipping to PO boxes.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Some oversize or overweight items such as washer tubs, dryer drums, refrigerator doors, and other large items may require additional shipping and handling fees.  If the item that you ordered requires additional shipping and handling charges you will be contacted by phone or email and offered the choice of paying the extra charge, or canceling your order.  We will not charge you any additional freight without your authorization.

IN STORE PICKUP

Sorry, we do not sell parts over the counter.  All orders must be placed on our website and shipped directly to you.
