Return Policy

 

To return a part to PartsDr.com you will need to contact us to request a RA number.  Once we have been contacted, we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA number) along with instructions on how to return the part(s).  Parts sent to our warehouse without out a RA number may be refused and sent back to the sender.  Returns can be processed for up to 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.  Products returned to us must be in the original packaging and box.  Refund amounts are for the price paid plus tax (if applicable), minus original shipping cost.  When shipping a part back to us, we recommend insuring your shipment and receiving a tracking number from the shipping carrier that you use.  Once a credit has been issued, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive the credit depending on your banks policies.  Some orders may incur a $5.00 processing fee depending on the part that is being returned.

ELECTRICAL PARTS:

All sales on electrical parts are final upon shipment.  Electrical parts include, but are not limited to control boards, timers, motors, compressors, switches, and more.  Uninstalled electrical parts will only be exchanged for a like part (ie: motor for a motor).

 

INSTALLED PARTS:

Items that have been sent to us for return that have been installed will not be returned to the customer.  An electrical part is considered installed if the harness or wires have been connected to it, even if power has not been applied to it.  A gas part is considered installed if the gas line has been hooked up to it, or if the electrical connector(s) have been hooked up to it.

 

PACKAGING:

Parts must be returned in the original packaging.  If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box.  If the item came in a bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag.  Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, ect.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER:

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the shipping process.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  Once an order has entered the shipping process we cannot cancel the order.
