My Repair & Advice:
fairly easy to do since you can refer to the other side of the rack, just be careful to remove the clips and retaining clamps carefully as these are made of plastic and could break if abused

My Repair & Advice:
Be careful removing the pieces attached to the rack adjuster - you will need them. Save on shipping costs and downtime by buying 2 replacement parts if/when the other original rack adjuster fails.

My Repair & Advice:
remove the old part and replace with the new one - it is obvious how it comes apart once you take a good look at it

My Repair & Advice:
This part was not hard to put on, but the parts holding it on were hard to get off and on.

My Repair & Advice:
Great service from PartsDr got our dishwasher back in shape quickly. At first I was going to order from a large well known retailer but when the expected delivery time of the part was 2 weeks I searched again and found Parts Dr. Not only were the parts less expensive, they were shipped quickly (was it the same day I placed the order?) and we received them within 2 days without paying a shipping premium. Great service!

My Repair & Advice:
This new "assembly" corrects the problem. Everything needed is included - frame, studs, rollers. Take care not to break plastic retainer clips when you remove old parts.

My Repair & Advice:
Take the carriage off of its guide. There are three brackets that hold the rack adjuster on. They are located on each end and one in the middle. Two of them are difficult to pop off, so be careful not to break them. The clip that is closest to the door is really just a guide that comes off easily. After they are off then carefully take out the adjuster by pulling it out of its track. It takes some working with to get the rack adjuster back into place but it can be done. Then just pop the 3 clips back into their places. I found that while I was changing the broken adjuster the other one broke because the plastic gets very brittle over time. So, I would advise changing both at the same time. It will save time in the long run.
