I appreciated your businesses pricing, ease of purchase and prompt shipping. I only wish I found the part I needed from you first, because I initially went to Sears and ordered the part, but immediately after hanging up with them didn't feel right about the price they charged. I did a quick search and found the part for your site 300% cheaper. Needless to say I quickly realized that Sears had ripped me off... and without being able to cancel orders through Sears I needed to pay the high shipping to my house and then return the part... I provided them some very negative feedback on their pricing and customer service being they hung up one me while sharing some of my concern regarding the integrity of their pricing. I've lost trust in the big stores... and was glad to find your business to meet my appliance repair needs - thanks
